Book of the (every other) month: 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss

Happy 2011. Let's kick this year off with a new BioCurious bimonthly featured book. First off will be

The 4-Hour Body: An Uncommon Guide to Rapid Fat-Loss, Incredible Sex, and Becoming Superhuman by Timothy FerrissI heard that Tim built a self-tracking lab out of his garage and scrupulously detailed all aspects of his life the year before writing The 4-Hour Body. In homage to garage labs, and my personal pursuit of optimal health, I've just bought the book and plan to test-drive Tim's recommendations within.

Tim has been able to transform himself into a kung fu master and champion dancer. In his latest book, Tim covers how, perhaps, you too can accomplish such feats.  I encourage you to pick up a copy and see if following Tim's suggestions changes you for the better.

I will hold an informal meetup to chat about the book and its effects on our lives/routines.

Cheers,

Eri
