Both approaches focus on supporting you to align your purpose and values and communicate authentically in the world, personally and professionally.
You can dance Biodanza Also, know as the “Dance of Life.” on holiday retreats in the mountains and on islands in Greece. Biodanza is for adults who love to develop themselves and express themselves through dance and movement. It is a well researched system employing powerful fusion of creative movement, fabulous music and heartfelt emotion. A transformational body based coaching system based on science, applied through vivencial methodology. It has the capacity to awaken latent potentials and restore health and wellbeing at a cellular level.
Rolando Toro Mario Araneda created this system. He was born in 1924 and grew up in Chile. He was a professor with a vast knowledge of science and art. He undertook extensive research, discovering universal movement patterns, linked with emotions. Working with these patterns and with music, contact and dance, he developed Biodanza as a system, for restoring people to the fullness of life.
I also teach NVC, sometimes called compassionate communication or mindful communication.
Nonviolent communication helps us to develop language and communication skills for mindful relating. We develop increased awareness of ourselves and others, beyond emotional triggers, personal bias and cultural filters. We learn how to transform inner struggles, resolve external conflicts and make decisions more easily.
NVC supports mindsets and practices which Increase empathic attitudes and skills in our personal and professional lives. Empathy is well researched in being key in enriching and creating success in personal relationships and in business. You can attend one day events, groups and retreats.
Marshall Rosenberg developed his model of Nonviolent Communication more than forty years ago, in response to the physical, emotional and spiritual violence he witnessed in society. I am an independent trainer, CNVC candidate with many years of experience personally and professionally of sharing NVC. I was trained by Dr Marshall Rosenberg.
