What we're about

Would you like to live more fully in the here-and-now and become more resilient and joyful in life? Come join us for our new Wednesday night Biodanza class in the East Bay, starting April 3!

Biodanza, which means "dance of life," is a healing and deeply restorative personal growth practice. It is relaxing for our nervous system, helps loosen and free our bodies, opens our hearts, and deepens our connection with ourselves, each other, community, and all of life.

Weekly classes integrate carefully selected, inspiring music from around the world with invigorating and gentle movement exercises. No prior dance or movement experience necessary! Biodanza doesn’t require specific steps, and there is no right or wrong. Come as you are!

Grounded in ecological principles and the wisdom of nature, anthropology, psychology, and human biology, Biodanza was originally created in Latin America 50 years ago and has quickly spread around the world. It is now practiced on five continents by hundreds of thousands of participants each week.
