You’ve heard of Biohacking, right? You’ve probably even done some version of it in an effort to improve your health.
And in case you’ve heard of it, but aren’t really sure what it means, here’s our definition of biohacking - figuring out how to live with the highest levels of health and vitality. Sometimes that means using alternative health strategies or techniques that aren’t quite mainstream.
So this group is going to learn about different ways and strategies of Biohacking Your Health.
Now, here’s a disclaimer. We, the organizers, Risa and Carla, are NOT Biohacking experts! Sure, we’re familiar with and either of us has dabbled in yoga, meditation, cellular health, high intensity interval training, ketosis and any number of strategies to improve our own and others’ health. But there are others much more advanced in specific Biohacking strategies. Our goal is to create a community to engage the available expertise to help us all move forward on our journey to better health.
We’ll do this through a series of local presentations, small group experiences, and company demos. Some of the topics we will explore include: Earthing/Grounding Meditation Biofeedback/Neurofeedback Energy fields Lasers/Light Therapy Wearables/Tools/Apps Consciousness/Altered States Supplements/Nutraceuticals Fasting Lifestyle Design Sleep Enhancement/Circadian Rhythm Cannabis/CBD oils etc.
Truly, the scope of this topic is nearly limitless. And we’re excited to help coordinate this group.
But we can’t do it alone. We need your curiosity, your experience, and your connections. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner and haven’t a clue, or you have biohacked your way to superhuman performance, we want you with us.
