Flowing Breath and Energy meditation is an experience. It is different every time. You may sit or lie on a yoga mat with as many or as few props as you need. Comfort is key, so dress accordingly.
We will combine energy work with meditation and an easy breath pattern to achieve a flow of energy in your body that will release anything that does not serve your highest good.
We will bring in the highest vibration of energy to transform your mind and your body. You will learn, if you do not know already, how to move energy through your body and connect with your higher consciousness.
