Everyone is welcome - bring your friends! We meet up every week on Thursday evenings at 7:30 to enjoy meditating collectively. Sahaja meditation is unique and gives us an experience called Self Realisation.. This collective meditation is both peaceful and powerful. Meditations are always led by very experienced members, who have been practising for years. There is always time for questions and explanations about the subtle system within us.
