We meet every few months in Birmingham City Centre to meditate in a group for the day. The day starts with an hour long instructor-led Yoga asanas class where you will have the opportunity to learn or refresh your knowledge of the yoga postures as recommended as a preparation for meditation. We then enjoy several 'rounds' of meditation for the rest of the day - a round being yoga postures, pranayama, meditation and then rest. In the afternoon, before our final meditation round, we enjoy a movement based mind and body centring workshop. Experienced TMers who are regular in their practice are welcome to contact me to discuss details for the day. A contribution of £35 per person attending is requested to cover venue hire and refreshment costs.
