Breath guided Yoga for ease and relaxation. Classes are suitable for beginners - intermediate levels, with encouragement to always go at your own pace, challenge or use modifications when necessary. The sessions will help with any chronic muscular pain, help gain better aligment and flexibility, de stress, re focus and unwind.
What to wear: Something that feels comfortable for you to move in, such as jogging bottoms or leggings.
What to bring: If you have a Yoga mat, great bring that, if not - a towel will do so that your not lying directly on the floor. - A cusion and / bloc to support postures.
