Soo.....Now that we've seen how things can boom & bust in the blockchain / crypto space, what's next??
The media says it's the end.
Warren Buffet is still calling it Rat Poison
We're seeing how dumb ideas, and also good ideas, with stupid tokens, that raised crazy money are now worth a fraction of what they were only 6mths ago.
And we're seeing some poor buggers that lost all their money because they bought at the peak or got swept up in all the fervor.
It's still very much the Wild West, but that's to be expected in ANY new industry, especially one that is as contentious as the development of a new form of money and way to come to social consensus / agreement.
It's crazy times, but it's also the time to start getting involved and understanding more about what this tech really is, what's for real, what's good, what's bad, and what you could do to prepare for the next wave of adoption that will INEVITABLY come, wether next year, the year after, or the year after that.
The team at Amber are hosting a FREE meetup to talk about what's next for the cryptocurrency space & world of decentralization.
Not only will there be free food & drinks on the night, and an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, but you'll get a sneak peak into what the team at Amber have been working on all of this year, which is set to dramatically simplify the way people get involved in this space. Because that's what we all need.
If we build this stuff for "us", then it's just going to be us using it, and it becomes a failed experiment.
The hard questions revolve around how we make it easier for all the people who put it in the "too hard basket" last year, to get involved now & moving forward - DESPITE the "crypto-geddon" we've experienced this year..
We'd love to see you all there. It will be a great time to see some familiar faces, and also a chance to drag along all those people who didn't come last time, and get them involved in these communities.
