Bay McLaughlin

Bay is Co-Founder and COO of Brinc, a global IoT accelerator, manufacturing studio, and online hardware community based in Hong Kong with offices in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, London, Barcelona, and Bahrain. Having spent half of his career in or founding startups, he now brings his experience and operations abilities to connect the dots from Asia to Silicon Valley for IoT companies from around the world. He currently holds equity positions in 38 companies in 20 countries, serves on the board of Soundbrenner, Silentmode and Brinc, and is a contributor for Forbes and a KOL for Huawei.

Jeff Katz

Jeff is Senior Practice Lead IT/Engineering at Telefónica NEXT. With a background in electrical engineering, embedded development and business, Jeff has co-founded several companies in the finance, IT, physical security, education and gaming industries, and has also established the HARDWARE.co meetup and accelerator. In addition, he co-founded KIWI.KI.

Mike Richardson

Mike is the Founder of PhotonicInsights.com. He designs and delivers novel, effective technical solutions including two generations of wireless internet cameras, full software test/development infrastructures, HAZMAT mobile command center for Port of Seattle first responders and more. In addition he is an accomplished public speaker presenting at healthcare and artificial intelligence events. Currently, Mike is a mentor for startup bootcamp and serves on the board of directors for INCH.de where he supports Hacking Health in Berlin by organizing health care focused hackathons.

Stefanie Palomino

Stefanie is Co-Founder & Partner of the red lab. She co-founded her first company, the mobile social network aka-aki, in 2006. Besides her own projects, Palomino is consulting clients in the fields of strategy, concept, UI and communication. In 2016, Stefanie published the book "The Lean-Back Perspective" with her two co-founders at the red lab. In her spare time, Stefanie mentors at the Berlin-based incubator program hub:raum and the Berlin Startup Academy. She is also a founding member of the MLOVE advisory board and the Valise Society and honorary judge at the Lovie Awards and the "Best of Mobile Awards“.
