Colleagues committed to increasing the rate at which neighbor-owned businesses are created and sustained in black communities. This includes but is not limited to entrepreneurs with nascent, existing, or expanding businesses, and those committed to increasing the funding pools available to them. This includes donors and those willing to invite potential donors to research and invest in black businesses - those with the trust and wisdom to network for the sovereignty - meaning self-reliance - of our people.

I founded Blacks in Green,™ authored The 8 Principles of Green-Village-Building.™ Governor's Environmental Hero, Chicago Magazine Green Award, Jewel‐Osco Environmental Steward Prize, EbonyPower100, Mayor’s Transition Team for Energy and Environment.
