What we're about

The longterm goal of Black Ops Fitness is to combine getting fit with doing good, similar to https://www.goodgym.org/ but with a focus on sustainability, palliative care and Rucking.

Rucking will get you out of your home/office and into the world, burning calories, pumping rich oxygenated blood through your body and conversing with fellow Ruckers. Ideal for base training, not to mention social networking.

Q: What is Rucking?
A: Walking with a weighted rucksack (aka backpack). It implies action, energy, and purpose. Rucking requires strength, endurance, and character -- and builds it, too. ( https://www.goruck.com/rucking-101 )

Q: When is it?
A: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 17h45 (Starting in June 2019)

Q: What does it cost?
A: +/- 300 calories

Q: Where do I signup

Q: How fast do I have to be?
A: It's not about speed, it's about burning calories, building endurance and improving core strength. If you want a hard work out, add more weight to your backpack, vise versa. We start together and finish together.
