Japanese and southern indian are my favourites - I am intrigued by the recipes and ingredients that can produced the most amazing flavours in these cuisines.
Visited Yauatcha last week - although I am not generally keen on cantonese cuisine I am now converted and will return. This places created the most amazing dim sum - prawn and beancurd - wow!
