This group is for anyone who is trying to improve themselves, teams, and organizations through quick-fix programming, leadership projects, or transformational initiatives.
Blended Learning Seattle aims to bring learning professionals together from organizations across all industries, to engage in highly demanded learning topics, discuss best practices, methodologies, tactics and engage in experiences with definite take-away's. The ultimate goal is to create learning frameworks that can be easily taught, practiced, improved, adapted, and aligned for people, teams, and organizations.
We envision a community of professional educators, business people, and learners; collectively engaging in short, interactive sessions with the goal of furthering human learning. We hope that in as little as 90-minute sessions, that you'll be able to have key take-away's that you find valuable and to integrate into your way of life, and perhaps introduce into your organizations. We share techniques, styles, ideas, methods, stories, suggestions, and honest feedback. We practice real-cases with on-spot coaches and peers, to improve the likeliness that people can change their beliefs, habits, and performance on-the-job, even overexceed their own expectations.
Who should attend? Anyone who is trying to improve themselves, teams, and organizations through quick-fix programming, leadership projects, or transformational initiatives. What will I get out of it? A network of learning professionals, new ideas for your own practice, advice from corporate leaders, interactive practice on new techniques, and feedback from professional coaches. Each event is designed to feature highly demanded learning programs; focus on the core learning take-aways, hear expertise and advice from corporate guests and program experts.
