"Gender equality in Blockchain space is about diversity"
⭐️ An event hosted by Blockchain Israel and Microsoft ⭐️
We are a few days before our upcoming hackathon "Blockchain for Social Impact", and we are very excited to launch a fifth challenge dedicated to diversity and equality.
Blockchain technnology is the subject of considerable hype, thanks largely to the rise of digital currencies. But beyond the spotlight, innovators and researchers are exploring whether blockchain applications can be leveraged to advance gender equality.
If we want that blockchain becomes a mainstream worldwide technology, it is necessary to design it for the benefit of the whole society.
It is about an ethical imperative.
It is about all of us.
Women and men.
During this exclusive morning, we will try to answer to why do we need women in the blockchain space? We will talk about code of conduct, how we therefore wish to use technology itself to change the status of women in technology.
🚀 The event is for all genders, all styles, non techie, techies and newbies.
