IBM Deutschland

IBM was one of the first pioneers to focus on blockchain at a very early stage and chose it as one of the fundamental pillars of its business growth strategy. IBM will present the strategic background and numerous real-world projects from the retail, transportation, automotive and manufacturing industries. Finally, the "Do’s & Don'ts" from the operational project experience will be shown and a short insight into the corresponding IBM technology will be given.

Speaker: Thorsten Schröer, Director Automotive & Electronics, IBM Deutschland GmbH

Spherity

Starting in 2017, Spherity built applications for mobility, energy and manufacturing use cases, based on decentral digital twin infrastructures. In 2018, Spherity started to build the B2B platform “Interlinked” to create, verify, discover and connect digital twins on a network to share data and exchange value in distributed value chains. Carsten will speak about verifiable data chains that are enabling new customer journeys in mobility and demonstrate a solution for verifying Earth Observation data.

Speaker: Carsten Stöcker, CEO and Founder of Spherity, Founder of Interlinked Protocol

After the sessions, you are delighted to dive into deep technical and business discussions or just grab a drink and network ;).

The meetup will be hosted by IBM Deutschland in Düsseldorf.
