We are a collaborative self-help and personal wellness group focussed on using art and creativity to make life feel better, help us to overcome social anxiety, depression, lack of confidence or low self-esteem, and to spend time with like-minded creative individuals. We welcome all who agree with our purpose and respect our guiding principles.
