Blume Betterment was created to encourage, unify and support people of all fitness levels who are determined to achieve similar goals. We bring together people where they are at fitness studios, wellness spaces, in parks, coffee shops and other community locations. The program is led by experts in yoga, barre, pilates, CrossFit, and cycling, along with spiritual mentors and nutrition and wellness professionals. Participants have shared experiences with group walks, hikes, runs, cycling, yoga classes or meditation practice. You can start wherever you are. Whether you exercise daily or it’s your first time in years, the goal is to get people moving and inspiring each other to better their bodies, souls and lives.
