It is not recommended that you use an alias at any time, if however you are not comfortable using your real name after check in we will strive to honor that boundary. Anyone who is believed to be attending for impure reasons will be asked to leave the class. Confidentiality: All students and instructors agree not to share any information regarding who is attending the class outside of the class. The studio facilitator will keep names and any other info confidential. If you see someone you know, please keep that information to yourself. This is experience is about personal growth. Waiver: You will be required to sign a liability waiver. Equipment: Please bring your own mat, towel and water , yoga blanket open mind and attitude of self acceptance! Atmosphere: a comfortable neutral space where people can connect more deeply to their mind, body and spirit. The space is sex neutral. In much of society nudity is seen as just a sexual expression it really is a natural state. All students agree to commit to creating a safe space. This is meant to be a judgement free zone. Your focus is to explore yourself and feel liberated in your own space. If there are any questions or concerns please voice them immediately. Flow of the class: The class will start like most other yoga classes. Enter the room and lay out your mat and meditate or center yourself before your practice. For the comfort of all please don’t approach others you do not know and begin conversations. Some individuals will want to maintain a meditative state throughout and we will all honor that beautiful expression of self reflection. Once everyone arrives and the doors are secure the expectations and guidelines will be revisited. The instructor will introduce themselves and provide a brief background. After all questions and concerns have been addressed students will be invited to remove their clothing. It is recommended that you practice completely nude. Women may choose to leave on their underwear for personal reasons. Once nude, instruction will begin. My style of yoga tends to be a slower mindful movement focused on alignment and deep stretch. After the final relaxation you will get dressed. After you are dressed you are welcome to ask the instructor any questions and we will wait for all students to dress before opening the studio door. Please do not approach any other students during this time. Benefits: To embrace yourself and perhaps find a place where you can accept your body and your experience of life. To become more at ease in your natural state. Find more fluid movement and to feel unencumbered by clothes. Perhaps explore spiritual nudity and how physical nudity can be a key to unlocking a new level of personal growth. Strongly Supported by Maryland Area Naturist Association- Nude recreation club of MD/DC/VA/WV [masked]
