I was on a grain-free, dairy-free paleo diet for 5 weeks with a few slip ups along the way. Now the dairy is completely gone and I feel much better. I also noticed that I was leaning out rapidly.
I'd like to learn about what others are eating, find paleo-friendly restaurants in Baltimore, and share food ideas that I've already prepared at home.
I'm new to the Paleo world and I'm really enjoying this journey. I feel better, I'm a stronger runner, and my energy level is through the roof.
