Let's bring focus to living a healthy lifestyle starting with body image, self-love and self-care. Are you coping with depression and/or anxiety? Do you eat emotionally? This group is all about learning how to be healthy and accept yourself how you are. In addition to shadow/emotion work (accepting ALL of you), there will be a focus on practical aspects of healthy living.
Want to make changes in your health but body image, emotional or binge eating, depression and other difficult challenges are holding you back? The key is to start where you are. Be who you are. Learn all about food, movement and health so you can feel good in your body.
Led by Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Certified Crystal healer, Kelly St Claire HWP ACM, there will be physical, emotional and mental health focus and you'll be notified of all classes including workshops, ongoing coaching groups, online programs, free programs, suggested meal plans, recipes, creative writing for personal exploration, group field trips and much more.

You’ll also learn to love yourself and your body so much that you’ll want to treat yourself right and choose healthy options. It’ll be easy!
