Come experience a calming Hatha flow class followed by breathing exercises and guided relaxation.
Breath is the essential process which is happening without our control. That's why often we completely unaware of our unhealthy breathing patterns. But shallow or short breath has a negative biological effect on our mental, emotional, and physical state.
Breathing consciously is the essence of yoga. It is through the breath that we are able to navigate different levels of consciousness. By learning how to breathe consciously you will learn how to deal with emotional disbalance, insomnia, and low energy level.
This evening class includes:
- gentle slow-paced work emphasizing hip and chest-opening postures
- realize chronical tension from the upper spine and neck
- the therapeutic exercises to ease low back tension and/or pain
- awareness and control of abdominal muscles and diaphragm
Each class we will learn one of the breathing technics, which can be used during the movement + particular pranayama (breathing exercises) after the class to increase lung capacity and calm the mind.
