This meetup is for you if:

• You’re tired of struggling to lose weight to feel ok

• You’re turning to food when you’re tired, angry, or bored

• You're ready to let go of dieting and strict rules around eating and exercise

• You want to learn how to exercise from a place of compassion not punishment

• You want to be at peace with how you feel about your body and yourself

We're two sisters who started this group to create a space to connect and support other like-minded people without judgement. Meetup discussions will focus on body image, emotional eating, and overall wellness. Discussions will be led by Karen, a Holistic Health Coach. Arial, a certified insructor and trainer, will lead fitness classes. We don’t believe in measuring success with weight loss and unattainable goals. We focus, instead, on a heart-centered approach to wellness, where your mental health and self-esteem are just as important as your physical health. We can’t wait to meet you!
