Body Back is an intense 8 week bootcamp for moms who want their bodies back! This program focuses on nutritional guidance and helps guide you in making a lifestyle change. Classes are two times a week, Wednesday nights at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 6am at Alta Vista Park in Peoria. Classes consist of circuit training, body weight exercises, cardio and running. You will starts with initial weigh in, strength assessments and measurement, then at the end of 8 weeks you will do your same assessments again so that you can see how much strength you have gained, how many inches you lost as well as how many pounds you have lost. Body Back is a women's bootcamp and will get you in the best shape ever!
