The workout will consist of 45 minutes of a warm up, strength and metabolic conditioning circuits ending with core exercises. The workouts are geared towards fat burning and once again open to ALL levels of fitness.
Please not only RSVP but text/call me at[masked]-0452. It's important that anyone who wants to try it out gets assessed first. We aren't you typical "just throw you in" group workout. This is group training but it's also about individuality.
