The State Affairs Committee of the Idaho Senate is holding a hearing Monday morning about a proposed bill to limit the power of Idahoans to collect signatures to put initiatives on the ballot. Initiatieves like the Medicaid Expansion bill that was passed by the voters and the Horse Racing Machines bill that was denied by the voters. Attend the hearing - speak out. I'll be helping the Democratic party canvas undecideds in District 21 (Very rough estimates are 5 Mile to Meridian Rd, South of the Freeway to Amity) We'll have a short get together at 10AM (at Five Mile and Overland) to get our street assignments and partner up.
