I am the Senior Director of Recruiting and Selection with a financial services firm in downtown Boise. The mission of this meetup group is to bring together both recruiters and HR professionals network and learn about hiring practices, recruiting strategies, and candidate referral prospecting. Our goal is to create a networking and learning environment, where we can share ideas, learn what types of talent others are seeking, and have some fun. I will attempt to bring in recruiting and hiring leaders from various industries to discuss different topics.
