Everyone knows meditation is good for you - very few take out the time to do it, don’t be that person - if you need this in your life this is honestly the most effective exercise you will mind (I have tried many myself)
For anyone who prides themselves on being great meditators but feel like they dont always get round to it (be honest) this will be super useful for you too, you’ll do a full length session supervised and I’ll help you fine tune a technique that will work best for you.
