Our primary purpose is to offer a Buddhist-oriented practice community for recovering from addiction and the suffering caused by addiction. Renunciation, meditation, forgiveness, compassion and service are integral components of our path, which we call The Four Truths of Refuge Recovery.

Anyone interested in recovering from addiction using the Buddhist principles described in the book Refuge Recovery is welcome to join us.

Refuge Recovery offers a non-theistic path, grounded in daily meditation practice, for recovery.
