The RIPPED Training Method is the ultimate High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) experience: a non-stop, heart-pounding, 60-minute workout. It combines Kickboxing with HIIT intervals or Endurance, Power moves, Plyometrics and finishes with a core workout. What to Wear: comfortable workout clothes What to Bring: water, exercise mat, and grit.
Zumba is a fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body. Some popular genres in my class are Reggaeton, pop, hip-hop, Cumbria, Merengue and more! CLASS runs 6 weeks.

• What we'll do Serenity Bootcamp is a combination of myofascial release techniques, yoga, pilates and traditional strength training.
