B eing an expat can be so difficult when trying to maintain your reading interest and wanting to discuss enjoyable books with other English speakers (English as a first, second, or third language... it does not matter). Bookaholics seeks to quench that thirst and create an environment to do just that, read, talk, and enjoy great company. I think we can be diverse in our reading selection; as I am sure we will be diverse in our membership, culture, and interests, which can only allow all members to grow and diversify more. So, feel free to join our meet-up. Our meetings will be once or twice a month on Sundays afteroons (the most relaxed day of the week), unless we have a cultural event that seems to match our vibe perfectly, then we might have a few meet-ups in between.
