We have fun, relieve stress, make new friends all while MAKING FAT CRY!!!! Be stronger, fitter, confident and feel your best.
Our workshops offer valuable information that covers a variety of topics from basic skills, to safely working out on your own, nutrition, advanced skills in kettle bells, and more. Workshops may require more than the basic skills and/or require a prerequisite from a previous workshop. Please be sure to read the prerequisites for each event.
In order to keep cancellations under control and continue to be able to provide valuable information to the public we may collect a small fee.
We kindly ask that if you must cancel your reservation to please let us know 24 hours in advance so we may give your spot to the next person.
We do track participation and registrants therefore if you RSVP often and do not show up you may be removed from future events. We provide valuable information and put much time into planning our events. We truly want people who will use the information to live a healthy lifestyle.
Fees are non- refundable and non-transferable.
