This is a group for anyone with an interest in exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. All fitness abilities are welcome. We meet four times a week and also keep each other motivated over social media. Bootcamp with Jamie is a great way to get fit and meet new people at the same time. Each session is different with a range of FUN exercises and team games.

What does it involve:

3 x outdoor bootcamp sessions a week, 1 x indoor class a week, four week action plan,Weekly check ins with Jamie ( if needed), Injury prevention advice, nutrition advice, online support, Facebook members only area, Weekly group Q&A session (once a month), access to the members only area with nutrition plans, healthy recipes and workout videos.

Having spent 8 years in the Army as a Physical training instructor among other roles, I wanted to take that passion and knowledge to a role outside the military where I can carry on helping people to achieve their fitness goals.
