I offer indoor, kid friendly workouts on Monday and Wednesday mornings in San Marcos.
They are high energy, fun workouts....and - did I mention - kid friendly. haha My 1 year old and 5 year old will be there with me. <3
We run a variety of different class styles so you don't get bored - high and low intensity exercises with a focus on core and total body strength and mobility - so you can build a lean, toned bod. ;) Everything is scaleable to your level of fitness!
I also host a Saturday morning run - and - its FREE: 9:30am running workshop (run at your own pace - or plan on anything from sprint repeats, hill training or paced runs with a mini workout to finish us off)
I offer monthly packages that come with discounted classes, plus options for customized meal plans, weekly workout schedules (so you can keep moving through the week) even one on one classes. And everything is always kid and family friendly. <3
