One Moe Time - at Ryles Jazz Club
Dear Boston Culture Lovers, As many of you know, Ryles Jazz Club is closing at the end of this month. This will be our last chance to enjoy a concert at this venue. How appropriate it would be to say good-bye with enjoying the One Moe Time Band. About One Moe Time Funk, Rock, Soul, Motown. Tower of Power, Chicago, Sam and Dave and Bruno Mars. The best hits from the time of your life with a few of today's hits sprinkled in. Come party with us! ( ( at the Ryles Jazz Club ( This event has a $10 cover charge. Meeting time for the group is set for 8:30 pm at the hostess station at the entrance to the club. The band starts at 9 pm, I schedule our event to start 30 minutes before so we can enjoy some conversation before the music starts. I will make reservation for a table(s) for our group. Please only reserve "yes" if you are definitely attending this event for I need an accurate attendance count to make the reservation. Please understand that is not fair to ask the venue to hold empty seats for no-shows. The day before the event, I will reconfirm attendance. If you have a change a plans, no problem, I only ask that you update your attendance before the event. Thank you. Ryles is also a full service restaurant, and you may order dinner. Please be financially prepared to pay for your meal including taxes and tip. Meal sales tax is 6.25% and group tip is at least 18%. Total your portion of the bill and add 24.25%, round it up to 25%. This should be a fun event. I look forward to enjoying this event with the group. What we're about

Let’s enjoy and explore our diverse Boston local and international cultures.

Let’s attend art, music, dance, and sports events; enjoy good food and drink; and share stories.

The purpose of this club is to simply enjoy life and maybe make a new friend as we enjoy and learn from our shared cultures.

I imagine that many of you will be new to Boston, perhaps you are from abroad or other parts of the US; I would like to offer activities that will introduce you to the Boston area.

Also, I would like you to consider this group as your group. I encourage you to be active members and share your ideas and information. I will need your help, your feedback, in making this group truly representative of all the cultures within the group.

I would love to have a diverse number of event organizers, please let me know if you would like to share your cultural interests in leading events.

The requirements for joining are your respect towards others of diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds and your demonstration of common courtesy in showing up for confirmed events.

In order for events to be successful, it is necessary for organizers to depend on an accurate attendance count. Organizers work very hard in thinking up and planning event. No-shows should be a rare occurrence. If you are to be a no-show, I expect you to show the minimum courtesy in sending a message to the event organizer in acknowledging your absence or to explain any difficulties in finding the event.

Membership will be revoked to those who show do not show respect and common courtesy to the group and who have a history of not showing up for confirmed events.

I ask members to post a simple photo and fill out anecdotal profile questions, nothing identifiable, so I know you are a real person, not a spammer. This information helps me get a sense of your likes and ideas for the club. Also, a photo really helps event leaders in recognizing you at the Meetups. However, I can make an exception if you send me an email confirming that you are a real person.

All ages and cultures are welcome!
