It's Ember. It was always Ember.

Those who are new to Ember or JavaScript are always welcome at the meetup too! Ember is a front end framework focused on developer UX, maintainability, and shared solutions to tough problems.

Our main speaker for the evening is the legendary Robert Jackson. With over TWO THOUSAND commits to Ember.js and the CLI, it's safe to say that we have a lot we can learn from him. Ember.js is a front end framework built for excellent dev UX, where development is directed by its users and not any one company. Robert is a member of the Ember.js core team.

The lightning talk will be "Ember and Fastboot - The long bet that paid off." It will be a quick overview of some gotchas when updating a “simple” Ember app to use Fastboot. Ray Tiley is a software engineer for Tightrope Media Systems where he focuses on building products for small community television stations.

6:30 Food and hangouts*
6:50 Ember and Fastboot by Ray Tiley
7:15 Robert Jackson
8:30 Clean up and maybe go for informal drinks/snacks

Thanks in advance to our speakers and our host, Salsify!
