Are you wondering what Ember is good for? Where it's headed? Need some advice? Who are these people anyway and what do they do??? Mark your calendar for an evening of Q&A with some of Ember's core contributors and leaders!
Networking & food at 6:30pm, panel starts at 6:50pm. Many thanks to our host Salsify (https://www.salsify.com/careers)!
Brendan McLoughlin (@bmac (https://github.com/bmac)) is a member of the Ember Data team, working to strengthen and automate data handling between the front and back end of applications.
Dan Gebhardt (@dgeb (https://github.com/dgeb)) is a member of the Ember Core Team and an editor of the JSON:API spec. He’s recently been working on Module Unification, JSON:API extensions and profiles, and making Orbit.js more accessible to Ember and Glimmer apps.
Ed Faulkner (@eaf4 (https://github.com/ef4)) is a member of the Ember Core Team and his recent Ember work has been focused on supporting the design of Glimmer components. He’s also working on building Cardstack — a decentralized app framework that builds on Ember to provide complete, decentralized applications.
Robert Jackson (@rwjblue (https://github.com/rwjblue)) builds things... all the things. In the words of Ember co-creator Yehuda Katz, Robert is "the guardian of Ember compatibility (our canon guru)." He is a member of Ember Core and the CLI subteam.
