Boston Hardware Startup Meetup #5

  • Sep 25, 2013 · 6:00 PM

Hello Hardwarians!

Thanks for coming out last time! If you didn't know already, all the startups who presented at our last meetup just launched their crowdfunding campaigns! Please visit http://www.dragoninnovation.com/ and support them!  These include:

• Mimo: Helping Parents Rest Better

• Run-N-Read: Exercise the Mind and Body

• Limberboard: A Wearable Board for the Maker Movement

• Dash: The Lightening Fast Robot you Build Yourself

• Ollie: The Perfect (ly) Flat Tool

It's all about the teams, so each month we have 3 hardware startups present. They have time to pitch, ask questions, and hopefully demo. Oh, and there's food and beer!  This month's meetup will be located at Bolt in Downtown Crossing.

Sponsor

We're sponsored this month by Craftsman. Consistently ranked as one of America's most trusted brands, Craftsman sells hand tools, power tools, lawn and garden equipment, and work wear.

Format

6.00P: Arrival, food, drinks

6.30P: A word from our Sponsor: Craftsman

Very cool group of people doing amazing things. You know it's a good event when you don't need to open your laptop.

Great group of people, focused presentations, and open mic opportunity for announcements (cofounder needs, openings, launches, etc.) was well handled.
