In the first hour, I am very excited to share with you a unique and fun way to handle your movements so that you gain greater ease when you move, you improve your posture naturally and you develop increased confidence.
In the second hour, the idea is to enjoy being outdoors together, connecting with each other, and learning from each other as we share personal and professional experiences with health and wellness.
No experience is necessary. Dress comfortably. Bring some water and a healthy snack. If you're not joining both activities, let us know when to expect you if possible.
Let's also discover together what we want to see happen in the future with this group. Those who want to be involved but cannot make this event are welcome to send me their suggestions.
The basic schedule is:
1) ARRIVAL: 3 pm, meet at the Boat House Pavillion on Jamaica Pond in Jamaica Plain next to the Boat House for introductions and overview.
2) PRESENTATION: 3.15 pm, learn how to activate your whole-body intelligence for maximum benefit and optimal safety in any activity!
3) NETWORKING: 4.15 pm: Let's walk and talk around the pond or just have a cup of tea and connect.
Also, we can share constructive ideas for the group and revisit its purpose and conditions.
