  • Whether you missed the Merrimack Valley Halloween Book Festival or are looking to purchase gifts for the holiday season, the Haverhill Public Library is hosting another book festival showcasing the wide variety of horror and suspense writers located in New England. 

    The Holiday Bookfear, which will be from 10 AM to 4 PM on December 10th, will feature over 30 writers selling and signing books for their fans. The current list of scheduled writers will include:

    Having been to the previous book festival in October, I can vouch for what a fun time this is. There is no charge to get into the event, you can meet your favorite writers, discover new writers, and this time there will even be baked goodies for sale from Albie D's Second Generation Italian Bakery.
