The Stow, MA Conservation Commission and the Stow Garden Club are co-sponsoring a presentation and would like to invite gardeners from surrounding towns. Here is the information.

Confessions of a Seed Snatcher, a free slideshow/lecture and seed swap, Sunday, April 6th from 3-5:30pm at the Stow Town Hall, 375 Great Rd.Confessions of a Seed Snatcher is a humorous and insightful journey of discovery into the world of seed saving: from seed biology, to seed politics, from seed quirkiness to seed adaptability. Learn how to save seeds from many of your favorite garden friends, as you enjoy entertaining stories of “finding” seeds in unusual places. Following the slideshow/lecture we’ll have a hands-on component where you can “gather seeds” from a large collection of flower heads, seed stalks, pods… for your own planting. You’re invited to bring your own seeds to share with others, as well.

Our presenter, MariePatrice Masse is a member of the Stow Garden Club, facilitating the Annual Greens Workshops and Sale, and passionately tends her 4500 square foot garden. This event is collectively sponsored by the Stow Garden Club and the Stow Conservation Commission and a great opportunity to meet others and learn about these organizations. For more information contact MariePatrice Masse,[masked]
