Join Chef Michele from her Cape Cod kitchen as she takes you on a staycation to Valencia, Spain. Our hostess with the mostess, Chef Michele, invites you into her home to teach you how to prepare your very own delicious themed meal, perfect for when it's that time to host your friends and family in-person again.
In this fun and interactive virtual dinner party/cooking class, you will learn how to create an aperitivo, tapas, and main entree. Before diving in to cook, our chef will guide you through making a classic Sangria with which ever citrus fruits you have access to at home. Have a drink while you're cooking or save some for dinner (we recommend both!).
Next on the menu is a classic tapas dish, Catalan Tomato Bread. Think of it as the Spanish version of a Bruschetta! It's a simple yet satisfying recipe to have on hand for future dinner parties, or cocktail hours. Then for the main event, Spanish Paella is known for its signature golden saffron hue, smoky flavours of chorizo, fresh seafood and textured vegetables. You will also learn how to flavour profile and blend Spanish flavours, and where to source fresh, seasonal ingredients in order to master the perfect Paella at home.
You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef include: bottle of wine, brandy, fruits (suggestions oranges, lemons, limes, apples, tangerines, strawberries, and peaches), sliced bread, garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, salt, pepper, skinless chicken thighs or breast, large shrimp, rosemary, sausage or chorizo, onion, bell pepper, rice, tomatoes, peas, asparagus, paprika, saffron, and broth.

Learn the art of making soft, pillowy Bao Buns completely from scratch! Easily steamed, they are even more fun to fill with your ingredients of choice.
Choose between vegetarian or traditional pork bao, and join Chef Jason in his Manhattan kitchen as he teaches you the secret to making your own Bao Buns from scratch, at home. Follow the process of making the dough and allowing it to prove while you make your filling of choice. You'll also learn to make a dipping sauce from scratch, flavoring it to your preference with either peanut butter, sriracha, or maple syrup.
This class is kid friendly, so invite the whole family along to join in. Connect virtually and enjoy a fun time creating something from scratch, together. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Jason throughout the class.

Gnocchi is the famed Italian dumpling, but can be so versatile depending on what ingredients you have on hand!
Join Chef Michele in her Cape Cod kitchen, in our handmade Gnocchi class, made from Ricotta cheese. You will learn to make gnocchi from scratch, served with a homemade Bolognese sauce made from your choice of ground beef or veal. You are encouraged to cook along with the chef, as she will take you through the recipes step-by-step.
Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun evening of creating something from scratch, together. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Michele throughout the class and ask questions as you wish.

Discover the flavorful world of Asian Dumplings!
In this hands-on cooking class, our Chef Instructor will teach you how to make dumplings completely from scratch, starting with the wrappers.
Guests will master the recipes for chicken and/or vegetarian fillings to stuff and seal their dumplings using traditional folding techniques.
Dive deep into traditional Asian flavors and learn to cook your dumplings using both the steaming and pan frying methods. While your dumplings are cooking, make your own quick and easy dipping sauces to enjoy with your delicious creations.
No experience is required! Your chef instructor will provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive on time, wearing your mask. Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Ricardo's home with ample space to social distance booking parties from one another. Chef Ricardo is also maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines. Guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, or champagne).
