We are working with a growing start-up in the Cambridge, MA area in helping them recruit a few SharePoint Developers to add to their team.  This well-managed B2B company has built market changing technology that is changing the way its customers are doing business.  

Job Description:
*	Work with JSON/XML APIs to implement a complete Video and Search platform within SharePoint
*	Provide technical guidance and leadership on SharePoint implementations, administration, deployments, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and stress testing
*	Work with the Product Management team to discover customer needs and implement an enterprise platform
*	Research and evaluate new features, technologies, and current trends to support both tactical and strategic development initiatives
*	Develop and integrate new features and functionality, or develop enhancements to existing application functionality

Requirements:
*	BSCS and/or 5+ years of Development experience.  More senior Developers are also needed
*	Professional standards-based web development experience using ASP.Net, C#, HTML, CSS, CAML, JavaScript/Jquery, ASP.Net AJAX, AJAX SharePoint Toolkit, and Silverlight
*	Deep ASP.NET development experience with regard to SharePoint
*	SharePoint MCSE a strong plus.
