With over 30 years of experience in IT, the last 15 in Information Security, Mark is currently leading a hardworking team of security professionals dedicated to protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Harvard Pilgrim systems and data. He has extensive experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), HIPAA Security, Security Risk Management, Policy Development, and Security Governance.
The Harvard Pilgrim IAM team is embarking on an effort to drive process improvement within the organization using IAM metrics and a huddle board approach. Join in an interactive discussion on how IAM teams can use the wealth of information we have at our disposal to add value to our organizations.
