  • This location is shown only to members

Please note this is a joint meetup with the Boston Classical Meetup. *Please* rsvp there as well, since it will be the most up to date. http://www.meetup.com/BostonClassical/events/78905452/

I will try to reserve a row for the meetup group, so look for the sign. There will be a meetup afterwards, although I'm not sure what's nearby so please stay-tuned.

I have to be in Plymouth at some point this evening, but will probably have an hour or two post-concert. If anyone would like to help organize this event with me, PLEASE let me know.

after the 5:30 concert, we will meetup at Cafe Beirut on 654 Centre Street. The official reception of the festival will be happening then too, so we will be joined by some performers, etc.

Concert details:
St. John’s Episcopal Church, Roanoke and Revere, Jamaica Plain

Liturgical music composed for the Spanish and Portuguese synagogue in Amsterdam (Holland) by Lidarti, Casseres and others…

Performers include no less than four countertenors—Von Bringhurst, Michael Collver, Martin Near and Yakov Zamir; Allen Combs, Patrick Kane and Marcio de Oliveira, tenors; James Dargan, violin; Doug Freundlich, theorbo; Joshua Schreiber Shalem, viol; Emily Davison, baroque cello; Sarah Hager, harpsichord; and Salome Sandoval, guitar and artistic director.
