Yes. I track: activity w Fitbit one & the Aria Scale; food intake on WeightWatchers, My Fitness Pal, LoseIt and other apps; my heart rate via Bluetooth-enabled monitor connected to Digifit & Fitbit; & other emotional data w apps on my phone.
None other than just wanting to see how well these tools work as motivators, and what barriers to success could be avoided by better user interface design
