This Festival brings together a broad array of vegetarian natural food providers, celebrated national speakers and chefs, and quality veg-educational exhibitors in a fun and welcoming environment.

The event is opportunity to speak directly with food producers, learn recently-launched items in the marketplace, taste free vegan food samples, shop at show special discounts, or simply learn what vegetarian prepared and processed foods are available and where you can find them!

Of course, your grocer remains a primary source for whole, unprocessed vegetables, fruits, grains, beans, nuts, and seeds (if we meditate on what we really do need in life).

Presenters:
Read about the 2-day schedule of Speakers and Cooking Demos. The event showcases celebrated national knowledge leaders in health and nutrition, often presenting on how food choices impact animals and the earthly environment in which our species lives.
Chefs and cookbook authors will show their recipes -- which you can sample -- and offer helpful kitchen tips which are 'natural to them' (since they spend SO VERY MUCH time piddling around in kitchens, playing with food and prepared and processed foods so they can demo at events like this,k write cookbooks, appear on TV shows and makeshift webinars through a tsunami of new broadcast yourself apps, and make guest appearances at local vegetarian societies and events like this.
Cheer them on!  It's fun - and tasty, too!
