What we're about

This is a group for those who want to discuss and practice Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills. We are not mental health professionals, just a group of peers who want to get together, discuss and study DBT skills, how we use them, what has worked for us, and what difficulties we've experienced and overcome. To be clear, this is a support group, but it is not a pity party. We want to discuss our troubles, but mainly we want to talk about the skills we might be able to use to over come those troubles.
