All business owners are invited to join us at our monthly Networking Breakfast. Each month we have topics presented by local experts that help us all learn the "meat and potatoes" of running a small business.
Our next event is Tuesday, July 1, 2014. The presentation topic is "Your Marketing Plan - How does it all fit together?" The presenters will be Casey Davis of Mad City Media and Karmel Ackerman of Event & Marketing Associates. They will take us back to the beginning with the history of Social Media, what it is and why it works as one essential communications tool. They will finish with how Social Media fits into your business.
Casey spent 10 years in corporate finance, information systems and marketing developing cost-effective marketing/systems for the customers she supported. During a 15 year small business venture Casey developed skills in strategic planning, social media, and website support which led her to Mad City Media where she consults by helping small businesses grow their Social Media presence.
Karmel ran a team of 25 project managers for 20 years launching world wide marketing campaigns for U.S. and International Corporations. Event & Marketing Associates is her company and she is passionate about helping small business entrepreneurs and solopreneurs build their business by providing new business marketing and client retention support via the the technology - Send Out Cards. Her consulting service may be the boost you need in your small and emerging business.
