Come hear Tracy Phillips, the Director of the Colorado C-PACE Program, speak about how C-PACE can help local businesses and building owners upgrade their buildings through 100% financed energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation projects. Tracy will discuss:
· What the Colorado C-PACE program is
· How C-PACE works
· How other Colorado building owners have used Colorado C-PACE
C-PACE enables owners of eligible commercial and industrial buildings to finance up to 100% of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation eligible improvements. Financing is provided by private capital providers at competitive rates with repayment terms up to 25 years.
C-PACE long-term financing enables a compelling opportunity for the building owner:
· Energy costs: Decreased
· Building cash flow: Increased
· Technical projections/Financial projections: Confirmed by an independent 3rd party
Tracy Phillips is the Director of the Colorado C-PACE Program, and is a Certified Energy Manager, Certified Demand Side Management Professional, Certified Measurement and Verification Professional, and holds a Master’s Degree in Physics. His 22 years of experience includes energy audits, recommissioning, measurement and verification, master planning, sustainable design assistance, and third-party technical reviews. He is currently serving as the Chair of the IPMVP Committee and is the former Technical Director of GBCI's Investor Confidence Project.
